One of the best off-spinners from India, Erapalli Prasanna had a glorious career. He represented India in the 1960s and 1970s. Erapalli Prasanna had a great career of 16 long years. He was widely known for his skill of deceiving a batsman in the air. The amount of flight he gave, could tempt any big batter for playing big shots and making mistakes. Prasanna debuted against England in 1962.

Another best off-spin bowler, Ashwin, affectionately called ‘Anna’ made his debut in 2010 against Sri Lanka. Since then he cemented his position in all the formats. Ashwin popularly, known for his amazing carom deliveries, is a great turner of the ball. Even on the dead tracks, he can make the ball turn with his miraculous fingers. Fans argue that he is the same as Muttiah Muralitharan in terms of spin deliveries. In his nearly 250 International matches, Ashwin has 600+ wickets. Kumble has various records booked on his name, arguably one of the best
spinners in the world. Anil has been the impact player for the team in the test
matches. His deliveries could trap any batter in the world.
In his 16 years of international career, Kumble did a fabulous job for the Nation. His 10 wickets haul against Pakistan in 1999, still looks like a dream. In his decorative career, Kumble took 619 and 337 wickets in Tests and ODIs respectively.

Harbhajan Singh or affectionately known as ‘Bhajji’ is one of the greatest off-spin bowlers from India. His aggression on the field was delightful and fun to watch. Batters feared to bat Bhajji even in the slog overs. Popularly known for his ‘doosra’ delivery, Harbhajan has 417 wickets in test matches in his 103 test appearance. In ODIs Bhajji’s record is very impressive in 236 matches he took 269 wickets. Harbhajan Singh is also a big name in the Ranji Trophy history.

Last but the best, Bishan
Singh Bedi was born in 1945. Bishan Ji bamboozled the batters with his amazing
flight and guile deliveries in the era where Pace and bounce were favored a lot.
He made his debut against the West Indies squad in Kolkata. Bishan enjoyed a
great career of 12 years. In his just 67 Test appearance, Bishan Ji took 266
wickets. Not only this, he holds a mammoth record of 1560 wickets in
First-Class cricket, which is the maximum amongst Indian bowlers.
